What We Found In The Code
We did a read only review of the GitHub repository and the live site before writing this proposal. Nothing was changed. The code has no leaked keys or passwords. These are the issues that shape the plan.
For reference. No action needed here
Supabase is on the free plan and pauses itself.
Free projects go to sleep after a week without activity. That is what took down every image, the video and the signup form in October. The free bandwidth limit also covers only a few hundred plays of the current hero video each month.
The updates signup needs consent fixes.
The email opt in box is ticked by default, and the Privacy Notice it mentions is not on the site. For a UK and Nigeria audience, both need fixing before launch.
The live site shows past events as upcoming.
September dates are still listed, and the Detty December dates have no ticket links yet.
The live database and the code do not match.
Several database changes were made directly in Supabase and never saved to GitHub. That makes the site hard to rebuild, review or roll back until it is fixed.
The guest list is mostly built but has never been used.
Invite links, registration and approvals exist on an unmerged branch. Check in needs work. The guest check in code is not used yet, door staff would see every guest details, and check in is locked until the official start time, which will not work if doors open early.
Media is heavy on phones.
The hero video is 17.7 MB and autoplays on mobile. Images are several times larger than they are shown, and nothing is cached between visits.
The foundations are sound.
GitHub and the live site match, guest data is locked behind database rules, and the project already has automated tests. We will build on them.
The Plan
The audit points to roughly 50 to 80 hours of work, more than fits by Friday. So we launch in two phases. The public site goes live first, and the guest list follows once it has been tested end to end.
Toggle the phases you want included
Phase 1 — Public Site and Signup
The public site live on the current design, with signup working properly and the mobile experience fixed.
Phase 2 — Guest List and Check in
The guest list finished, tested end to end, and ready before your first guest list event.
Domain Launch: obishouseglobal.com
The registry lists the domain as active until Feb 2, 2027. Its nameservers moved to a verification hold around Sep 22, 2026, which usually means the registrant contact email was never confirmed. Only the owner can complete verification in Cervaspace.
No rush fee. A $750 bonus is earned only if Phase 1 is live by Friday, November 6 and Phase 2 passes its live end to end test by Friday, November 13, more than two weeks ahead of the November 30 deadline. If those dates are missed, no bonus is owed. Domain timing is excluded because it depends on the registrar.
Payment terms: 50% of the project total to start. The balance is split across phase handovers, with the final payment due once the last selected phase passes its live test. The bonus, if earned, is due with the final payment.
Ongoing support: optional care plans will be offered at handover, once the site is live.
